About Department

About Department

The Department of Hindi established in 1968. It provides knowledge in Hindi Communication, Literature and Linguistics. Department seeks to develop social values through teaching of language and literature. It offers Short Term Course in ‘Hindi Proof Reading’. Department strives hard to inculcate interest about Hindi language and literature among the rural youth of the adjoining area. It also tries to develop soft skills among them to fulfill the need of hour. The Department has well qualified teaching faculty including 01 SET, NET & Ph. D and 01 M. Phil. qualified teachers. The department has pride alumni holding prominent positions in government and private sectors. The faculty is actively involved in research. To facilitate the teaching learning process, the department uses modern technology such as ICT and social media as well.
