The Skill development and Placement Cell strives to provide the job opportunities for Under Graduate and Post Graduate students. The parent institute has signed MoUs with international companies like TATA Consultancy Services, BOSCH Private Limited and Mahindra Pride. Through these MoUs, the Skill Development and Placement Cell organizes training programmes.

The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. Reputed industries visit the institute to conduct campus interviews.

• Human Rights and Ethical Values

To promote the core values of Higher Educations among the students the Skill Development and Placement Cell strives to inculcate the human rights and ethical values. The cell organizes one week training programme for students of first year. It includes human rights, national integrity, soft skills, business ethics, time management etc.

• Communication Skillsand Personality Development

To enhance the global competency among the students, the Skill Development and Placement Cell conducts the course of Communication Skills and Personality Development for students of second year.  It comprises the basics of English Grammar, gestures, postures and personality development.

• Interview Techniques

To meet the industrial needs the students of third year are trained for interview through the training programme on Interview techniques. It includes the preparation of resume, aptitude test, logical reasoning, profiler test, Email writing and mock interviews.

• Infosys Skill Development Training Programme

The Skill Development and Placement Cell in collaboration with Infosys Ltd Mysore organizes training programme through trained trainers of Infosys. It covers communication skills, soft skills, interview techniques and personality development.

• TCS- Campus to Corporate Training Programme

The Skill Development and Placement Cell in collaboration with TATA Consultancy Services Ltd, Pune organizes Campus to Corporate training programme for the final year students.

• MPC-Employability Enhancement & Youth Livelihood Programme

The Skill Development and Placement Cell in collaboration with Mahindra Pride Classroom Ltd, Pune organizes Employability Enhancement & Youth Livelihood Programme for final year students.

• BOSCH- Bridge Course

The dropout students were trained through the BOSCH Bridge Course to provide the career opportunities. Three months training programme includes basic Communication Skills, Grammar, Group Discussion, Life Skills, Customer Services and On-the Job training.
